Educational tool only. The $30 clinical assessment is an educational screening tool. It does not constitute a clinical diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment recommendation.
No provider-patient relationship. Completing the assessment does not establish a provider-patient relationship with Dr. Kim Howell. That relationship is established only when you book and attend a clinical session.
Not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or urgent symptoms, please seek immediate medical attention.
The clinical assessment is available for a one-time fee of $30, processed securely through Stripe. Once you have accessed and begun the assessment, the fee is non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 48 hours.
Clinical sessions are billed at $225 per session or $1,200 for a 6-session package. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at time of booking through Jane App.
The clinical AI is trained on Dr. Kim Howell's real patient cases and clinical protocols. While we strive for accuracy, the assessment cannot guarantee its outputs. Results are based solely on the information you provide.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Kim Howell, PT, DPT and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the clinical assessment.
All content on this website is the intellectual property of Dr. Kim Howell and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
